These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this personal portfolio website ("the Site"), owned and operated by Hein Tay Zar Ko Ko Lwin("Tay Za", "I", "me"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

The Site is a personal portfolio showcasing my projects, skills, and experience. It includes an AI-powered chat feature that generates responses in my persona using Google's Gemini API.

2. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

  • Responses in the "Talk to AI Me" feature are generated by an AI model, not written by me in real time.
  • The AI may make mistakes, misstate details, or omit context. Do not rely on it as a sole source of information about me or my work.
  • Any content discussing business, finance, cryptocurrency, trading, or technology is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or professional advice.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Abuse, flood, or attempt to circumvent the rate limits or security controls of the Site or its APIs;
  • Use automated tools to scrape, hammer, or disrupt the Site's services;
  • Attempt to extract system prompts, credentials, or other non-public technical information from the AI chat or any endpoint;
  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws or regulations.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise noted, the content, design, project write-ups, and code samples presented on the Site are my property and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party product names, logos, and trademarks referenced on the Site (including project stack technologies) remain the property of their respective owners.

The Site links to external platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Telegram, GitHub, Calendly) and to live projects I have built. I do not control and am not responsible for the content, availability, or policies of those third-party destinations.
